my invoice are not calculating the 13% HST

The default provincial and territorial sales tax codes in QuickBooks Online are designed to have the correct and current sales tax calculations without you having to take extra steps. All you need to do is add the sales tax code you need and you'll be good to go with selecting the code on your form. If you mean to say that the provincial sales tax code set up through the module isn't correct or simply isn't calculating correctly, I recommend first trying the following troubleshooting steps.
This helps make sure that there are no temporary Internet files or browser, cache, or Internet issues in general that might be causing QuickBooks Online do calculate incorrectly.
