The information that QBO receive is dependent upon what Zapier sends over. To determine why the amounts and taxes are not calculating correctly, I recommend contacting the third-party application’s Customer Care Support.
They can review the connection between Zapier and QBO. Moving forward, the sales receipts will compute the right taxes and show the correct amount.
