Hello iwoods3033-gmail,
I hope you are having a good long weekend! I'm sorry to hear your GST is not populating in your invoice. I'll try my best to assist.
Is the issue happening inside the invoice transaction itself or when you go to Print Or Preview the invoice?
If this is happening inside the invoice transaction, I would recommend working in incognito Google Chrome to rule out any possible browser issues:
Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + n. Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.
Once we are logged back into our company file, we can try opening our invoice once again and review the following:
1. Inclusive of Tax is still set from the drop-down
2, We have the grand total (including tax) amount under the amount column
3. We have our GST Tax Code selected under our Sales Tax column
When there is no tax code selected we won't see a tax breakdown in our subtotal but as soon as we assign a tax code we should be able to see the breakdown down below, regardless if it's inclusive or exclusive of tax.
If you are seeing the issue in your Print Or Preview, we can do a quick check of our custom form styles through:
Gear-Custom Form Styles
When we have our invoice template open, we can review our Tax Summary section by selecting:
Content-Select Tax Summary Section
Your PDF Invoice should always show a breakdown regardless but if it's your Tax Summary you are looking to add we can do so here. we just want to ensure we see the green checkmark on the Tax Summary option.
If working in incognito Google Chrome seems to resolve the issue, I would recommend cleaning out your browser by clearing cache and cookies. Here an article to assist you with this:
Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online

I hope you find this information useful! Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions or concerns. I hope you have an awesome rest of your long weekend!
Kindest Regards,
Lourdes Fernandez
