With QuickBooks Online, you can easily setup your payroll service depending on your business needs. For employees that are located in a different province than that of which company is registered, you need to fill in the proper information in the TD1 form. Here are the steps:
- Select Employees
- Select Add an employee
- Select the Pay Tab
- Input the employee name
- Select Enter TD1 form
- Fill out the employee's details
- Select Done
- Complete the sections 2 through 6
- Select Done
