We received a report about this issue, and our engineers are working on getting this fixed. As a workaround, please follow these steps so you'll be able to run payroll:
- Click Gear.
- Click Payroll Settings.
- Click Employees under the Overview section.
- Click Run payroll.
I'd still encourage giving our Payroll Support a call to get you added in the list of affected users. Here's how to reach us:
- Click (?) Help.
- Click Contact us.
- Enter your question in the What can we help you with? field.
- Click Let's talk.
- Click Get a callback.
