It sounds like you've downloaded the QuickBooks Online app instead of the QuickBooks Self-Employed app. Could you double-check on your app store to see if you downloaded the Self-Employed app? The two are different products and that's why you're having troubles logging into the app you're using. The good thing is this is an easy fix. You're right, QuickBooks Sef-Employed allows you to track mileage. I want to verify if you've got the right product. Could you send me a screenshot of what the app looks like on your homepage and when you open the app?
I cant seem to screen print it, it starts up after I log in and then a box opens and says "Looks like your account doesnt include access to the QuickBooks online mobile app".
Sorry if it isnt clear I started my account on my laptop then wanted to also be able to use the mobile app for mileage and to take pics of receipts etc.
