This issue has been reported already. Our product developers are investigating to have a permanent fix. Though, we still need to make sure that the debit and credit actually balance at the bottom.
In the meantime, I'd suggest contacting our live agent so that you'll be added on the affected users list and will be able to receive an email update from time to time.
Here's how:
- Go to Help icon.
- Click Contact us.
- Enter a keyword of your concern. Then, select Let's talk.
- Choose either Chat or Get a callback.
