TSheets for Quick Books Self Employed

Thanks for reaching out to the Community for help. I'll shed some light on the key differences between QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Self-Employed. 

QuickBooks Self-Employed doesn't have the ability to integrate with third-party applications, and can't be integrated with TSheets. The Self-Employed platform is also designed for an independent person that runs a business without any employees. TSheets is designed to help you streamline employee hours. 

If you're looking to utilize the TSheets app, I recommend staying with QuickBooks Online. This platform has the ability to sync with tons of different third-party apps.

I read the response regarding QB SE vs QB Online, but my question, can I use QB Time Tracking within QB Self-Employed to track my consulting time for various clients and have it interface with the Invoicing functions etc. on QB SE?  How could I access a tutorial or webinar to walk me through the process?

Making sure to invoice customers the correct amount is important to any business. QuickBooks Self-Employed is a robust tool that can help you visualize the finances of your business, I can provide insight.

QuickBooks Time tracking isn't available within QuickBooks Self-Employed. QuickBooks Online Essentials and Plus are able to use the time tracking features, so it wouldn't be possible to be used with Self-Employed. The only way to enter the hours into the system would be when you're creating the invoice itself.
