Welcome to the community. Adding your clients sales to QuickBooks Online correctly is key to keeping your books up to date. I'd be glad to provide you with information on the error message you are getting.

 

Our engineers are aware of the issue with adding certain transactions synced with the Square app to QuickBooks Online. They are working to get this resolved within a reasonable time frame. In the meantime, I encourage you to manually enter your transactions to keep your books up to date.

 

If you wish to receive updates on this investigation, I recommend that you reach out to our customer support team. They'll be able to verify your account and attach it to the ticket. Once attached, you'll receive email updates from our Development Team. You can refer to the following options available to reach out to our customer support team.
