Thank you, I did that yesterday, I was informed by Intuit support that the form doesn't exist in Pro Tax but I know it does in Pro File so perhaps it's something that was overlooked this year. 

The Pro Tax template letter indicates there is one which is why I began my search for it.  It would be nice to add this feature considering that other tax software includes it. 

For now, I go into "represent a client" and request a T7DR-A on behalf of my senior clients who don't use internet banking, enabling them to go into any bank and pay their Income Tax balance owing easily.
