It seems that this option may not be available in your region. To check if this is the case, you'll need to reach out to our Desktop Specialist. They can access your account and verify if this is available or not.
Here's how you can view our contact number:
- Go to https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_CA/contact.
- Select the QuickBooks Desktop.
- Choose a topic and click the Get Phone Number tab.
