Thanks for reaching out to us here. It's vital you're able to use the program without running into issues. Rest assured, I'll be happy to steer you in the right direction. 

 

It's important to note that the QB Online Desktop app has been discontinued. You'll have to use a web-browser or the mobile application to access your QuickBooks account. In case you're having issues with the browser, I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently.
