Here's how:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Desktop, go to the Help menu and select QuickBooks Desktop Help/Contact Us.
  2. Enter a keyword or short description of your issue.
  3. Select Contact Us, then choose between getting a callback or chatting with one of our experts.
