Welcome to the QuickBooks Online community! Exporting your reports from the program to an Excel document is a quick and easy process. Follow these steps to export the Balance Sheet.
- Go to Reports.
- Click the Balance Sheet report.
- In the upper right-hand corner of the report, click the icon that looks like a paper with a right-facing arrow.
- Choose Export to Excel.
From there, your browser will download the file and then you'll be able to open it in Excel as a spreadsheet. Give it a try and let me know if you have questions!
