Hello Ajay0081. QuickBooks provides you the flexibility that simplifies the way you export your data. I'll be happy to provide more info so you can continue to do the things you love. Here's how to export your data starting with reports: 

 

  1. Select the Settings ⚙ and then Export Data.
  2. On the Reports tab, set the date range.
  3. Add or remove items from the Reports and Lists tabs by toggling the slider.
  4. Select Export to Excel.
