We appreciate the steps you have taken to enable online payments in QuickBooks Online (QBO), gunjot. I'm here to provide additional insights regarding multicurrency features and online payment options to assist you further.

 

The service that allows you to accept online payments directly through QuickBooks is currently unavailable in the multicurrency feature. This means that if you're using QuickBooks Payments, you can only process transactions in your home currency.

 

While QuickBooks cannot process transactions in multiple currencies, you can still manually manage and record these transactions within flatform. To understand how to accept online payments seamlessly for both online and in-person sales using QuickBooks Payments, refer to Receive and Process Payments in QuickBooks Online with QuickBooks Payments.
