This could be due to your access role, which only allows you to View user activity in the Manage Users menu.

 

Your user role and access rights determine the data and tasks you can review, update, and manage within QuickBooks Online (QBO). To address this, you can reach out to your company's administrator to confirm your access level and request the necessary permissions if any changes are required.
