Celebrating International Customer Service Week!

0 min read

International customer service week begins today 6 October and has been created to celebrate the amazing work of customer care professionals around the world.

At Intuit, customer care is something we take very seriously. We believe Australian small businesses and our accounting partners deserve A+ support. This means having specialists on board that know QuickBooks Online inside out, have a solid grasp on accounting principles and, most importantly of all, have a natural propensity to delight and wow our customers on every interaction.

We have an amazing group of people who tick all these boxes and are here, ready to help you with your QuickBooks questions. And soon we’ll have even more teamsters on board!

As we look ahead, we will continue to invest in the right people and look for even more ways to seamlessly provide personalised care, whether it’s in product, via social, a chat or over the phone.

For now, we hope you’re enjoying working with our rock star customer care team and will join us in celebrating the work they do.
