Intuit was upgrading its system and in the process some pro advisors may have lost the ability to view client files via their dashboard.
If you cannot view your client files, follow these steps:
- Open an existing file (go to the QBO file)
- Navigate to the gear icon
3. Select switch company files and your list of QBO files will appear in this view
