Are your practice’s tasks stalled due to missing documentation? Take the wait time out of getting information from your clients with the new Client Request feature in QBOA.
When you go to Work (the new workflow tab) you can see all the projects or jobs in progress for your practice. Got a query for your client? Missing some documentation? Now, you can request information and documents securely through QBOA and your clients can reply directly with the information you’re after.
We’ve even included email functionality and alerts in their QuickBooks Online file so you can be sure your clients receive your message loud and clear.

Set and never forget your reoccurring tasks
When it comes to managing your practice, you shouldn’t be bogged down in the tedious admin of scheduling jobs that occur all the time. We’ve updated the functionality in your QBOA Work Tab to create those reoccurring tasks with greater ease.
When it comes to managing your practice workflow, manage all the jobs you have on the go with Projects. This feature helps you track and automate those repeating tasks, like BAS statements or payroll, at the frequency you choose.
So now you can focus on providing your clients with insights and ongoing value, instead of focusing on the systems required to run your business.
