Do you need to send an invitation to access your account as accountant? Try sending with another email address.

Being able to invite your accountant into your QuickBooks Online account is a great way to have them make changes and update your accounts whenever you need. I'd be happy to help go over how to have them receive the email.
Sending an invite to your accountant can be done by going to My Accountant>Enter the accountants email and hit submit. If the accountant doesn't receive the email invite I recommend having them follow the steps in this article on how to add emails to their accepted list. Once the Accountant has added the accepted emails you'd need to make sure that they are not showing on your user list before sending the invite again. If they're showing in your list you can delete them by following these steps:
Once they're removed you can resend the invite again. If they still don't receive it try sending it to an email of your own to check if you see the invite.
