Hi, @mjohnson5. Let me share information about managing clients in QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA).
You can take your US client. However, you won't be able to do it with your existing QBOA CA account. At this time, you can set up a QBOA US account as suggested by Fiat Lux - ASIA above using a new or different email. Once done, you're now ready to manage US clients.
