Hi, need some help, called the support center but they have no idea how to assist me.
Have this error in my Dataswitcher:
Error after conversion, differences found in DS postcheck
What does it mean? Does it have an impact on my conversion from Acomba to QBO? See attachment

It's great that you've decided to use QuickBooks Online to be able to help you keep track of your business's books. The transfer of data from Acomba to QuickBooks Online can be performed using the Dataswitcher software in order to not have to start over with a bank account. I can provide some information about the transfer of data.
Once the transfer is complete, I recommend doing all the steps provided Post-Migration Checklist in order to make sure that the data matches in QuickBooks and Acomba. If the transfer cannot be completed, or the steps of the checklist can't be completed, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team outside of the community so that they can guide you on the next steps to take. No one at QB help line knows what is going on. I’ve spent 4 hours on the phone. It seems the Sage 50 backup file in CANADA is not comparable with dataswitcher.
I had to find out in YouTube you need a .ptb file for dataswitcher. The article says absolutely nothing about what file is needed….
the information is wrong and after 4 hours on the phone, left more confused than when I first called, I’m wondering if it’s even worth switching to QB if your help is so terrible??

They helped me way more than Quickbooks ever did after multiple chats and calls. Took me over 3 weeks to get answers, but the support at Dataswitcher were very helpful! Good luck.
Our QBOA account a manager assigned us a delivery service manager who took care of the migration. They walked us through what they needed.
