Welcome back Dlmm324,
I love that you're using QuickBooks Online Accountant to work with your clients and that you're looking for the ways that you can help them get back on track in their books. I'd be happy to shed some additional light on this.
As Lourdes mentions, you're not able to change, obtain, or reset a password on your client's behalf. I do like the idea of guiding them through the password reset process from the Sign In page on our website, and that's definitely a way you could help your clients.
Otherwise, I want to assure you that support is here to help. If your client is having trouble with their password or login information in general, they're more than welcome to contact the QuickBooks Online support team outside of this forum using one of the following options.
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Support hours are from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
Whichever option they choose, a member of our support team will be able to have a one-on-one conversation with them to help them get back into their QuickBooks.
Wishing you and your clients the best!
