I recommend reaching out to your client. If your client is unsure of what is happening in their books, they will need to reach out to the support team outside of the Community for further assistance. They can reach them by following these steps:
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: select (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > then hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback
