How long can I access my data in QBO after I cancel my account

Hello there,

As Fiat mentioned, you will have one year to access your QuickBooks data. You will have read-only access, meaning you will no longer be able to use your QuickBooks account except for exporting any information you may need.

Before you cancel, we may be able to find a solution that fits your needs. Contact us for a discussion about your account options for free at 1-800-315-5902.

If you want to export your data in the future, click the Gear icon and select Export Data. This will direct you to a page that lists the items you can export.
