It's vital that you're able to log into your QuickBooks Online account in order to be able to use the software to manage your books. It's a great program able to give you access to all the tools needed to help you keep track of your books from anywhere with an internet connection. I can provide some information about how to get you back into your QuickBooks Online account.
If you're getting the error that your password is incorrect, you can click on the link under the section to enter your User ID and password that has the option I forgot my User ID or Password. This will take you to the steps in order to reset your password.
If you're unable to complete those steps or are still unable to log in after resetting your password, I recommend reaching out to the QuickBooks Online support team. They'll be able to verify some account details with you in a secure environment to be able to get you back into your account. You can use one of the ways provided on our Contact page or by reaching out through direct message on one of these platforms:

Thank you Alex but this is a little more complicated than being a client. I am a ProAdvisor (and have been for many years) who is being treated as a client not an accountant. I finally got my download of my data and I will be talking to tech support as I now see they have the information wrong and I need to get this fixed (if they can).
