I have cleared the cache multiple times and did the how to remove.
Is there a way that I can just remove it? I was able to use it at the workplace computer and somehow stopped working today. the last couple weeks I was able to use with no problem at all.
What else could I do?

If you haven't already done so, I'd try signing into QuickBooks Online on a different computer device entirely to see if this has any impact on the Captcha. If you're still having difficulties with the Captcha verification after clearing the cache and following the Remove Captcha Verification resource shared by my colleague earlier, I recommend getting in touch with either your workplace IT department or with the provider from whom you purchased your computer. Since this is outside of QuickBooks Online, they would be your best resource for determining what is happening in the settings of your work computer.
