I am unable to change my company logo in QB on-line. I have tried different formats as outlined in help section and still not working. It will not let me save, help?

I am unable to change my company logo in QB on-line. I have tried different formats as outlined in help section and still not working. It will not let me save, help?

Hey there c-grabill,

 

Logos add a professional touch to any form, so I can appreciate wanting to include yours in QuickBooks Online. Once you add it, you'll see it displayed on your Dashboard, in the company settings, and on your forms. It sounds like you were looking at the Add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms article, which is a great place to start! I'll take it from here.

 

As simple as it sounds, the shape of the logo often plays a big role in how it displays in QuickBooks Online and whether it will save. The image file needs to be a perfect square, or else it won't work. I recommend reshaping your file so that it's a square, then clearing your cache before trying to upload it again. That way, we can be sure the program isn't "stuck" trying to figure out which data to use. Using a supported browser and system is also an important part of QuickBooks Online functioning correctly. The article I linked about clearing the cache also includes a link to the software's system requirements.
