I cant add my users to email receipts

Based on the details you've shared, I recommend checking to see if your internet connection is working as that could be a cause to no users populating on your screen. In case this may be a browser-related issue, I suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies. I encourage you to give this a try on your browser when you get a chance.
