Hello tedkloske,
One of the beauties of QuickBooks Online is having multiple access points for your account. As was mentioned above, when you have a QuickBooks Online account, the mobile app comes at no extra fee. I wanted to give you a few more details about how you can go about accessing your existing account through the app.
When you already have an existing QuickBooks Online subscription, using the app is as simple as downloading it and logging in. In this case, you'll be looking for the QuickBooks Accounting app on your mobile device's app store. Once you've downloaded and launched that, tap the Sign In button and enter the same login credentials you use to login via a browser.
If you're seeing a prompt to purchase a subscription, you may have accidentally hit Create an account instead. In that case, simply tap Cancel in the upper section of the screen and you should be brought back to where you can choose Sign In instead.
To get further assistance with this, here are the QuickBooks Online support options you can choose from. An agent will be happy to work with you to determine what's going on with your account and app.
Schedule a Callback or Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.
Social Media: Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
I hope that helps!
