Prepare a new blank QBO account

then you may have 2 ways to duplicate data from the old account.

1. Utilize a migration tool

2. Purchase a 3rd party migration service.

Welcome to Community!  Ensuring your data is successfully transferred to your new QuickBooks Online account is essential, so you can get back to business as soon as possible.  In addition to the information provided above, you can export your data from QuickBooks Online and save it to a folder on your system, which can effortlessly be imported into your new QuickBooks account by following this helpful guide.  You'll also want to ensure that you cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription to prevent future billing.  I hope you find this to be helpful!
