The way your sales tax items are set up in QuickBooks Online (QBO) determines how they appear when added to your invoices, Suhana.
Please note that in QBO, the Tax agency name will show up in your client's invoices if the selected sales tax item was manually created.

Then, if you want the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) name not to show up in your invoices, you can create another custom Sales tax item and add it to the Tax name field instead of the Tax agency name.

While we're unable to delete them directly. We have the option to make it inactive, so it no longer appears as an option when you create new invoices.
Here's how:
- Navigate to the Sales tax tab.
- Click Manage Sales tax.

- Locate the sales tax item you no longer want to use.

- Click Make inactive.
