I want to cancel my account

Hi amirtruckinginc-,

 

Welcome to Community!  I'm saddened to hear that you will be leaving the QuickBooks family.  However, we understand that things happen, and decisions must be made.  I would be glad to assist!

 

QuickBooks Online enables you to manage your subscription within your account.  Follow this link to cancel. Please be advised that you will continue to have 'read-only' access to your account for one year from the date of cancellation. This provides you with the opportunity to reactivate your account and pick up where you left off, or access any other data that you may need.  I do encourage you to export your data, by following the steps in this helpful guide

 

In addition, if you're subscribed to QuickBooks Online Payroll, you will not have access to any payroll information or associated forms, unless you resubscribe. For this reason, it's important to complete any payroll tasks, prior to cancelation, such as creating ROE's, paying Remittances, or printing the PD7A, or other forms, as you feel necessary.
