QuickBooks Online enables you to manage your subscription within your account. Follow this link to cancel. Please be advised that you will continue to have 'read-only' access to your account for one year from the date of cancellation. This provides you with the opportunity to reactivate your account and pick up where you left off, or access any other data that you may need. I do encourage you to export your data, by following the steps in this helpful guide.
In addition, if you're subscribed to QuickBooks Online Payroll, you will not have access to any payroll information or associated forms, unless you resubscribe. For this reason, it's important to complete any payroll tasks, prior to cancelation, such as creating ROE's, paying Remittances, or printing the PD7A, or other forms, as you feel necessary.

Cancel my account, this is frustrating, your call support keeps hanging up after being on hold for hours and there has been support provided since I signed on with you guys. I NEED TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT STOP TALING MY MONEY!!!

As mentioned in my reply posted above, cancelling your QuickBooks Online account is done within your product. You can follow these step-by-step instructions to cancel your account and prevent future billing.
