You can migrate your file manually.

1. Open your company file on your old machine and create the backup file (*.qbb)

2. Install QB on your new machine

3. Restore the backup file on the your new machine.

But how does one apply updates?

QuickBooks not longer provide updates for QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2020.

For discontinued product such as QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2020, updates are no longer available, HarvMan.

Currently, the latest version we offer is QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise. To get the latest security updates and features, and continue to access Intuit services and customer support, we recommend purchasing the latest release of QuickBooks Desktop.
