Can I set up QBO to be my payment processor for sales directly off of my website? If so, can I set up both "one-time payments" as well as "subscription-based payments?"

It's not designed to connect to your site in the capacity you're looking for. I invite you to provide feedback if you'd like to see it considered for future updates.
