Hello eric54,
Thanks for reaching out about this. I want to make sure you have access to your QuickBooks account and I'll help you figure this out.
I see in your question that you mention QuickBooks Online EasyStart (Simple Start is our US counterpart), but you've tagged QuickBooks Self-Employed on your post. These are two separate versions of the program, but don't worry, I'll cover both.
First I'd like to point out that the Community forum automatically redacted your business name and company ID. The company ID in particular is something you should keep secure and only share in private settings as this is one of the main identifiers of your QuickBooks account. Since the Community forum is a public platform, you won't want to be sharing that information here.
QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Self-Employed are both cloud-based versions of the program. This means, accessing your data happens by going to qbo.ca, hovering over Sign In, and choosing either QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Self-Employed, depending on which you're using. When you do this, you'll be viewing your "data file," as it were.
For QuickBooks' cloud versions, there isn't a company file saved to your computer files, so if that's the kind of thing you're looking for, that's why you're not seeing it.
When you're using QuickBooks Online, you can explore partner applications in the Apps section to explore what's available for creating back-up files, but otherwise it's all housed in the cloud. Learn more here: Do I need to back up my data with QuickBooks Online?
If what you mean to say with this post is you're having trouble logging into your account, please get in touch with either QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Self-Employed support. Please keep in mind these are two separate teams, so it's important to contact the one you need in order to get back into your books. I'll leave the options for both below.

We've got your back.
Thanks for following up, eric54. I've manually removed your account information this time around. Once again, it's important to keep those details private since we use them to confirm your identity when you reach out to support outside of Community.
I took a quick peek at the account related to the company ID you did list and can confirm it's a QuickBooks Online Canada account. Without being able to fully verify you, I'm not able to discuss more details than that, but I encourage you to get in touch with QuickBooks Online support using one of the methods I highlighted earlier.
It's important to me that you're able to get a sense of what's going on and move forward with your options of working in QuickBooks again. If you provide the agent with the company ID, they'll be able to see that you're using Canada's version of the program and help you out. I appreciate that you've already spent a lot of time working on this, but the Community forum isn't built to have conversations such as this one. Keeping your information private is of the utmost importance to us, which is why I'd like you to use one of the other contact options.
I'll be here if you need clarification on that.
To reiterate they do not answer. And/or I get bounced to the US site.
Then after hours of going through the process of explaining it to him they decide they can't help me because it's Canadian.
I appreciate the amount of time you've spent on this already. You're welcome to reach out using one of the social media options I mentioned to reach me and my team. We'll be able to work with you to get this sorted out as quickly as possible while also ensuring your details are kept secure if you send us a private message. Please don't hesitate to do so.
