Hi there @farzad-snmgroup-,
I know how handy a portable company file can be. It allows you share your accounting data with others, or move it to another computer. It's small enough to be sent via email or stored on a USB stick and it can also help fix issues. There isn't a way to create a portable file from QuickBooks Online, but you have a few other options when it comes to saving the data you've entered. I'll explain.

Other customers have also had luck with paying for third-party data migration services to export their data as one company file. If you navigate to the Apps tab within QuickBooks Online you can use the search function to look for compatible apps that might do the trick. There may be some Community members that have suggestions for you as well, so I encourage them to share what's worked for them.
Let me know if you have any additional questions. I'm here to help.
