Hello,
Our goal is to make sure QuickBooks Online is a good fit for you and your business. The Free Trial version of the program is there to help with that, so you can test out the program without having to make a commitment right away.
Since our Free Trial version doesn't require a credit card to be entered, you don't need to cancel the account. The subscription will simply expire and you won't be charged moving forward.
I hope you do decide to stay with QuickBooks Online. If you do, you can subscribe by clicking the Gear icon > Account and Settings > Billing and Subscription > Subscribe Now.
I hope this helps clear things up for you.
Have a great day!
Im completely frustrated with this program. I signed up for the free trial, I haven't been able to login and now im being charged $75 and $20 in my checking account which has now overdrawn my account 100$ with all the attempts that this company continues to charge my account. please cancel this,,, Im on a budget and im not going to reimbursed anyway!!!!
Hi there rose41,
Unexpected charges can definitely impact your budget and your bank account. I hear what you're saying and want to ensure that these charges stop against your account. Since you only signed up for a free trial, it sounds like you may have a duplicate account somewhere that you're not aware of. Don't worry, our support team can help you work this out and help you get logged into your account that was on trial if you'd like.

Hello,
I am the first time trying to learn quickbooks, i find if so much more i have to learn the program prior to filing the receipts, so i need time. I don't want to lose the privilege of the free trial using the same email account, would that be possible?
Lewis,
Hi IDHome.
Setting up an account with the free trial is a great way to try out the product prior to purchasing it. I'd be happy to go over ways to practice using QuickBooks Online prior to purchasing it.
As you're aware one of the ways to try out QuickBooks Online is by setting up a free trial. Another way to practice would be to use our QuickBooks Online test account which can be accessed from this article. This will allow you to try out different aspects of QuickBooks Online without worrying about making a mistake in your own account. Any information you enter or change will be deleted once you close the test account so you can try new things to your hearts content.
If you have any questions let us know and we'd be happy to help.
