When the Primary Admin is no longer associated with your account, you can make the necessary changes to update user information, and successfully change the Primary Admin. I'd be glad to assist!
In order to protect your account and data, documentation is necessary to verify ownership. Follow this link to submit a request to our Account Protection team.
