The duration of the review process varies depending on whether you're a new or existing customer. For new customers, the process takes 2-3 business days once the data is received. As for existing customers, the review process takes 7-10 business days after receiving the data.
If the review period has exceeded the expected timeframe, I recommend contacting FINTRAC for an update on your client's status.
