When you upgraded to Essentials, did you purchase your trial account?
Thanks for your reply but I've solved the problem since I posted here. It was a matter of finding the Downgrade link.
Bear in mind, you will pay the regular rate when purchasing your trial account. You have to open a new blank account to get the discounted rate.
