Is anyone else having issues on QBO accountant entering new customer names or new accounts in chart of accounts. They will not show up?

I can see them in under customers, but the name will not come up when I go to do an invoice.  Same with Chart of accounts I added a new bank I can see it, but I cannot post to it?

Also is anyone else getting this error message. I'm thinking its related to the issues above
