I downloaded QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2015 onto my new computer. It then asked for my License and Product number. But when I entered them, they say they are not valid. But I know they are. I originally installed and registered this product in my old computer in January 2018. Does anyone know why my license and product number isn't working?

You have QB Desktop 2015 Canadian Pro, correct?
Make sure to use the installer file for that version, not US version.
If you are not sure, use the trial version to open your file.
Hi. Yes, I downloaded the Canadian version. It then accepted my license and product numbers. But now it won't let me register the product. And without registering the product, I cannot use the program. So I'm locked out.
Hello irenewaldvogel. I'd like to help so you can utilize the program to your advantage. To get started, what happens when you attempt to register the info in QuickBooks?
Chat Support and ask them to generate the activation code. If they refuse, you can use the trial version as a workaround.

Hi James. It just spins ... I don't get a registration screen ... and then at the bottom is says done. So now I can't access my business accounts because I haven't registered. How can I fix this?

Try to reinstall your QBD 2015 in Win 8 compatibility mode. If the same problem persists, consider to install a newer version to isolate the problem,
