Why am I getting the following message when I try to log into QB online. We can't show your client list right now. You can still add a new client.

To get started, I suspect you may be experiencing browser-related issues that can cause issues such as the one you've described. Clearing cache and cookies helps with fixing most browser issues. You can do this by following the steps in this article: Clear Cache and Cookies. I encourage you to give this a try on your browser when you get a chance.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
