Had bank acct transfer to credit card acct in the review for both. Accepted the bank transfer, but no match shows in Credit card review, or in 'find match'

The amounts in both accts banking review are the same, and same currency, tho date a few days diff. Chose the correct cred card acct for transfer fr bank. The cred card acct was temporarily not connected when posted bank transfer, but did re-connect later. If I accept CC transfer-in without a match, it disrupts the banks balance incorrectly. Ideas? Thanks

Matching your bank transactions with QuickBooks Online is the best way to ensure your books match your real-life bank. Once you connect your bank and credit card accounts, QuickBooks automatically downloads your recent transactions. Then it shows you if they match any records you’ve already entered in QuickBooks. And if it can’t find a match, QuickBooks will start a new record for you.

 

You may be having issues matching your transaction because the date is recorded differently, or due to the card being temporarily disconnected. In this instance, the issue sounds like it's account-specific. I'd recommend reaching out to our tech support team so our agents can help you get to the bottom of what's happening.
