Hello info1310,
A big piece of organizing your data can come from the way you name your accounts and other items in QuickBooks Online. I want to make sure you have the steps you need to change your RBC account name as you'd like and I'd be happy to get you started with this.
It sounds like you're looking to change the name of the RBC account in your chart of accounts. To do this, it's just a few simple steps that I'll walk you through below.
- Select Accounting from the left menu.
- On the Chart of Accounts page, find the RBC account.
- Click the arrow in the Action column.
- Select Edit.
- Click Save and close.
You can follow these steps whether the account is set up with a connection to QuickBooks Online's banking feeds or even if it's not. It doesn't impact the transactions in the account, so you won't have to worry about those being affected with the renaming. If that's not quite what you're looking for, I encourage you to touch base with QuickBooks Online support to go over your situation in more detail with an agent. They'll be able to ask you questions to make sure you have exactly the steps you need to change your RBC deposit to be called RBC Savings. Choose from one of the following contact options.
Schedule a Callback or Chat: click (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > click Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat. Support is available from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET.

I hope you have a great rest of your day!
