Is there anyway to change the bank account on a paycheque ??

Welcome to QuickBooks Community. It is great that you are taking advantage of features in QuickBooks Online. To map your payroll to pay from a different bank account, follow these steps:

1. Go the Gear Icon.
2. Select Payroll Settings.
3. Under Preferences, choose Accounting.
4. In the bank account dropdown, choose the correct account, and click OK.
5. A message will ask if you want to update existing transactions and add the date you wish to update the transactions from. Click OK.
