Manulife Bank Visa Card

I have tried connecting with Manulife Bank Visa Card online, however Quickbooks Online would not let this happen. Here's the link:

 

https://manulifecreditcards.fdecs.com/eCustService/

 

The system somehow assumes that the Manulife Visa card is of different currency than Canadian Dollars which is no the case. And asks to subscribe to some other version of Quickbooks.

 

Can some from Quickbooks assist with this issue. I have tried it on the online and Desktop version several times over several days.

Manulife Bank Visa Card

This response is not helping much but generally speaks to how to link a credit card for automatic download. 

Yes, the required process has been followed. Just that something is wrong in the set up at the back end which needs to be looked into. Manulife Bank Visa card refuses to link and an error message comes indicating that the card of different currency will require a different level of subscription and the link leads you to change the level of subscription.

Manulife Bank visa card is a regular Canadian dollar visa card. And it should link normally, but it does not!

Please assist.

Manulife Bank Visa Card

Having failed to link Manulife Visa Card - with resolution to date, I have been uploading monthly files (QBO format) to carry on with life.

 

Up until Dec 2022, the files downloaded from Manulife Visa Card portal were working fine and accepted into QBO online.

 

From Jan 2023 onwards, the QBO file from downloaded from Manulife Visa Card Portal fails to upload into QBO online.

Error message is:

 

"The uploaded file isn't a valid Web Connect file"

 

Offcourse, I tried with multiple machines, cleared the cache and yet the same issue persists.

 

Anybody facing the same issue?

How can one resolve this issue?
